If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive delivery. However, item(s) that have been personalized, hemmed or altered to meet your specifications are ineligible for exchange/return.
Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. A site/store credit will be issued for items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date. Site/Store credit can be applied to future purchases in our store or online at www.herosinstyle.com. Items are ineligible for return after 30 days from the delivery date.
All return shipping charges remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
