Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit or upon delivery to you, including order deliveries accepted by anyone on your behalf. We will be more than happy to assist in determining the nature or cause of a problem as well as filing a claim if the shipper is found to be at fault.  However, our obligations cease upon shipment. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order up to, but not limited to, 15 days after order placement date.  This includes, but is not limited to, orders originated overseas or discrepancies between an order's billing address and delivery address.
